As furni-shed.co.uk is a cash and carry warehouse we do not have a delivery service, however we can arrange delivery on your behalf and here's the good bit, its FREE. YES FREE, to UK mainland residents. Delivery to northern Scotland, English & Scottish Islands and Norther Ireland is available, price on application.

You can collect from us at furni-shed.co.uk, 16 - 20 Regent street, leeds LS2 7QA. If collection is to take place we can hold your goods for you for a maximum of 7 days if the goods are not collected with-in the allotted time a storage charge may be applicable.

Availability

Most goods are delivered directly from our stocks. However there may be occasions when items are out of stock. Under such circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible with an anticipated delivery date and give you the option of placing the item on "back order" or cancelling your order and obtaining a refund. Contact is made via email so please ensure you provide your correct address when ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and return unwanted goods to us to arrive within seven days of delivery, for a full refund to the value of the goods. Please note: outbound shipping costs are not refunded, nor is the cost of return shipping. Some items are not covered by this returns policy due to health/hygiene reasons. Goods must be in their original packaging and unused. Faulty goods can be returned for repair (or exchanged at the manufacturers discretion) within the 12 months guarantee period. Please read 'Guarantee' details below. Please note you must always supply proof of purchase. As per normal high street shopping conditions in all events the cost to return the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee

All product purchased from furni-shed.co.uk are guaranteed for manufacturing faults for 12 months from date of delivery. We will replace or repair the Goods if there is a fault or if the goods stop working correctly, free of charge. We will replace products if you have ordered incorrectly but a replacement charge of 10% will occur. If you are unsure about anything on this website contact us via email or telephone.
